You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in new and unused condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and other items that came with the product.
Non-returnable items: Some products are non-returnable, including custom-made, personalized, or final sale items. These items will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at punomo.us.1@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and instructions.
Return Shipping: After receiving your RA number, you will be provided with the return address. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as a return. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item.
Please note: If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you and offer you a full refund or store credit.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect items).
If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund or charge a restocking fee.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item for faster processing.

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please follow the standard return process. A gift return will be refunded to the original purchaser.
